We also note any add-on requests you select, such as water sports equipment, fishing tackle, custom catering, or transfer arrangements. If you proceed with a booking, we collect details related to your 30 percent deposit payment. We do not ask for or store passport or identification details, as no passport or ID is required to board our vessels.
How your information is processed
We use your data solely to administer your yacht or boat booking and deliver requested services on board. This includes confirming your schedule, assigning the licensed captain and crew, organising complimentary soft drinks, ice, and towels, and setting up optional services like catering or live music. Your details allow us to respond to inquiries within 15 minutes during our operating hours. If bad weather prevents sailing, we use your contact information to reschedule the trip or process your refund based on your choice. We do not use your personal information for unrelated marketing lists.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about your booking, ask for corrections, or request its complete erasure from our messaging records. Because our only official communication channel is WhatsApp via the button provided on this website, all data requests must be sent directly through that chat interface.
