Zenithdhow Charter Terms
These terms govern every yacht and boat charter booked through Zenithdhow in Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. By paying the required 30 % deposit via our WhatsApp chat, you accept the booking conditions, weather rules, included services, and operational policies detailed below for our entire fleet.
Payment and reservation process
Charter prices across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour, with all applicable VAT already included. Bookings require a 30 % deposit to secure your preferred date and time; we do not hold any reservation without this payment. The minimum charter duration is 2 hours. Every quote covers the vessel, licensed captain and crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and safety life jackets. Additional options such as catering, water sports, or transfers can be arranged directly in the chat upon request.
Rescheduling and refund policies
If adverse weather conditions prevent your vessel from sailing safely, Zenithdhow gives you full control over the resolution: you may choose to reschedule the charter to a new date agreed in our chat or receive a full refund of your payment. We handle all scheduling adjustments and refund requests directly through our official WhatsApp communication channel, which operates daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST with a target response time of under 15 minutes.
Vessel coverage and guest protection
Every charter operated by Zenithdhow includes full insurance coverage alongside a fully licensed captain and professional crew. This standard safety framework applies to all 88 yachts and boats departing from our locations at Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. Standard safety gear, including life jackets, is stocked on every vessel. Optional add-ons such as jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, or live entertainment operate under standard charter guidelines, with details confirmed in your WhatsApp chat prior to departure.
Guest provisions and onboard policies
Guests are fully permitted to bring their own food, soft beverages, and alcohol on board all Zenithdhow vessels with zero corkage fees. Alternatively, bespoke catering, BBQ menus, and bar service can be requested in advance. You do not need a passport or ID to board our vessels. Vessels accommodate up to 90 guests depending on length, which ranges from 33 to 164 feet. We provide towels and life jackets for all guests departing from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour.

Before you book
What happens if severe weather affects our scheduled departure?
If weather conditions prevent the vessel from sailing, you decide how to proceed. You can either pick a new date for your charter by messaging us in the chat or request a full refund of your payment.
Under what circumstances can I get my deposit returned?
Your payment is fully refundable if poor weather prevents your charter from sailing and you choose not to reschedule. All financial queries and refund arrangements are handled directly in our WhatsApp chat.
Are we allowed to supply our own refreshments for the trip?
Yes, guests are welcome to bring any food and drinks, including alcohol, on board all our vessels without paying any corkage fee. We can also provide catering or bar service upon request.
